Nothing happens when I start recording / it asks for screen recording
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording, turn on Qinglu, then restart Qinglu (the prompt has a Restart button).
My voice isn't in the video
Turn on Microphone in Qinglu's settings, and allow Qinglu in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Where are my videos?
In your Movies/Qinglu folder, one folder per recording. You can also click Open Folder in Qinglu's main window.
How do I restore my purchase on another Mac?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open Qinglu's settings and click Restore Purchases.
What does the free version include? Is there a trial?
Free recordings stop at one minute and carry a small watermark; annotations and GIF export need the full version. You can try every feature free for 7 days (Try Free in Qinglu's Unlock window) — afterwards Qinglu returns to the free version and you're never charged automatically. A one-time Lifetime Unlock removes every limit — no subscription.
How do I uninstall Qinglu?
Drag Qinglu from Applications to the Trash. Your videos stay in Movies/Qinglu.
